The WPC production line carefully built for European customers is about to be completed

We are currently building a WPC machine for a European customer, which will deeply apply cutting-edge manufacturing processes to achieve efficient recycling and reuse of resources. At the beginning of the production process, raw material pretreatment is the key. The collected PCB waste will undergo a refined crushing and screening process, and high-precision separation equipment will be used to accurately extract the glass fiber from it to ensure the purity and integrity of the glass fiber, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production. At the same time, the recycled PE plastic will also undergo a strict cleaning and drying process to remove surface impurities and residual moisture to achieve the best production standards.

Then, the extracted glass fiber and the processed recycled PE plastic will enter a special mixing system. The system is equipped with an intelligent proportioning device that can accurately control the mixing ratio of glass fiber and PE plastic according to different product requirements. Under the action of high-speed stirring and shear force, the two raw materials are evenly blended to form a mixture with excellent plasticity. Next, the mixture will enter the core composite material processing link. The equipment is equipped with advanced extrusion molding technology. Through multi-stage heating and pressure control, the mixture can quickly pass through the customized mold under high temperature and high pressure environment to shape the required shape. Whether it is WPC flooring, wall coverings, or fence products, they can be accurately formed in this process and have excellent physical properties and appearance quality.

It is worth mentioning that the entire equipment is designed with an automated monitoring and control system, which can monitor various parameters in the production process in real time, such as temperature, pressure, material flow rate, etc. Once an abnormality occurs, the system will automatically alarm and make adjustments to ensure the stability and efficiency of the production process. This WPC equipment demonstrates significant environmental advantages in the production process. On the one hand, the use of glass fiber and recycled PE plastics in PCB waste as raw materials greatly reduces dependence on primary resources. According to statistics, for every ton of WPC products produced, several tons of natural ores, oil and other non-renewable resources can be saved. On the other hand, it effectively solves the problem of handling PCB waste and waste plastics. If PCB waste is not properly handled, it will release harmful substances such as heavy metals, and the long-term accumulation of waste plastics will cause soil and water pollution. By converting it into WPC products through this equipment, a large amount of pollutant emissions can be reduced every year. In addition, the equipment production process adopts advanced energy-saving technology, and energy consumption is reduced by about 30% compared with traditional processes.
