Sure Plastic Machinery's innovative production line unlocks new value of European fallen leaves resources

2025-05-09

At a time when the concept of global sustainable development is becoming more and more popular, the large amount of fallen leaves brought by Europe's rich forest resources are ushering in a new and efficient way of utilization. With its advanced wood-plastic product production line technology, Sure Plastic Machinery has successfully transformed European fallen leaves into high-quality wood-plastic products, opening up a new path for the development of a circular economy. Europe is one of the regions with the richest forest resources in the world, with a forest area of over 1 billion hectares and a coverage rate of 45%. Every year, the massive amount of fallen leaves produced by the vast forests are partially effectively utilized through natural circulation and human treatment. Today, Sure Plastic Machinery's wood-plastic product production line has further broadened the boundaries of fallen leaves resource utilization.

Sure Plastic Machinery's production line has extremely strict quality control over fallen leaf resources to ensure that the raw materials meet high standards. Fallen leaves must be highly clean to avoid interference from impurities such as soil and sand and gravel; the dryness must be controlled at 8% - 12% to prevent defects in product processing; at the same time, the fallen leaf fibers must have uniform morphology and size, stable chemical composition, and no pests and diseases.

On the technical level, Sure Plastic Machinery's wood plastic product production line shows significant advantages in multiple dimensions. Its independently developed efficient pretreatment system adopts advanced image recognition and intelligent control technology. When the fallen leaves enter the pretreatment stage, the high-speed camera will scan the fallen leaves in all directions, and use the AI algorithm to accurately identify the type, humidity, impurity content and other information of the fallen leaves. Then, the intelligent crushing device adjusts the crushing force and blade speed according to the analysis results with a millisecond response speed to crush the fallen leaves into fiber raw materials with precise particle size, and the error range is controlled within ±0.1mm. During the screening process, the combination of airflow sorting and vibration screening technology is used to ensure that the uniformity of the output fiber raw materials reaches more than 98%, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production.

The composite molding link is one of the core highlights of the production line. The innovative use of twin-screw extrusion technology adopts specially designed threaded elements and mixing structures. During the rotation of the two intermeshing screws, not only can the fallen leaf fibers and plastics be efficiently transported, but also strong shearing, compression and stretching effects can be generated, so that the fallen leaf fibers and plastics can be fully integrated at the molecular level under high temperatures of 200-250℃ and high pressures of 15-25MPa. By setting multiple temperature zones and pressure control points inside the screw, the plasticization process of the material can be accurately controlled to ensure that the density of the material reaches 1.2-1.5g/cm³, and the tensile strength of the product is increased by more than 30% compared with the traditional process, effectively avoiding common problems such as deformation and cracking.

In addition, the advanced temperature control and pressure control system equipped in the production line can be called the "smart brain". The system is equipped with high-precision sensors and fuzzy control algorithms, which can monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, material flow, etc. in the production process in real time, and compare and analyze with the preset process parameters. Once a deviation occurs, the system will automatically adjust the actuators such as heating power, screw speed, and pressure valve opening within 0.5 seconds to ensure that the production process is always in the best state. For different types of fallen leaves and plastic raw materials, operators only need to enter product parameters in the human-computer interaction interface, and the system can automatically match the best production process to produce diversified, high-performance wood-plastic products including building panels, outdoor floors, furniture components, etc., to meet the needs of different fields.

From a market perspective, the European wood-plastic composite material market is expanding rapidly at a compound annual growth rate of over 7.5%, and there is strong demand in the fields of construction and furniture. The wood-plastic products produced by Sure Plastic Machinery using fallen leaves not only meet the European market's preference for environmentally friendly products, but also meet the requirements of material performance in industries such as building decoration and furniture manufacturing, and have broad market prospects.

The relevant person in charge of Sure Plastic Machinery said: "Our production line fully taps the potential of European fallen leaf resources, which not only solves the problem of fallen leaf treatment, but also creates high value-added products. In the future, we will continue to optimize technology to help more fallen leaves "turn waste into treasure" and contribute to the sustainable development of Europe and even the world."
